Kubernetes is powerful — running it well is a full-time job

Many teams pick Kubernetes for scalability, but maintaining it properly takes time and expertise most teams don't have in-house from day one.

Configuration complexity

Endless YAML, RBAC, network policies — one misconfiguration means a security risk or an outage.

Manual, costly scaling

Without proper auto-scaling, you either waste resources or buckle under traffic.

Scary upgrades

Upgrading Kubernetes versions without proper testing and planning can put your whole cluster at risk.

A Kubernetes architecture that works on any infrastructure

IngressControl PlaneNode Pool(Pods)PersistentStorage

Whether on GKE, self-hosted on dedicated servers, or any other cloud — the Tempo team designs, deploys and manages your cluster from ingress to storage.

Full Kubernetes lifecycle management

From your first cluster to production-scale.

01

Cluster design & setup

Architecture matched to your needs — GKE, EKS, self-hosted or on-premise.

02

Auto-scaling & self-healing

HPA/VPA and node auto-scaling to match real traffic automatically.

03

Security & RBAC

Network policies, access policies and cluster security hardening.

04

Full cluster observability

Pod, node and cluster-level observability with Prometheus/Grafana.

05

Safe upgrades

Version and Helm chart upgrades, tested with rollback ready.

06

24/7 support & on-call

Fast response to cluster and application issues, around the clock.

From assessment to a production-ready cluster

STEP 01 — AUDIT

Assess your needs & infra

We check whether Kubernetes is even the right fit, and where it should run.

STEP 02 — DESIGN

Design cluster architecture

We design networking, security and scalability matched to your application.

STEP 03 — DEPLOY

Deploy & migrate

We stand up the cluster and, if needed, migrate existing workloads.

STEP 04 — OPERATE

Ongoing management & tuning

Monitoring, upgrades and cost optimization continue on an ongoing basis.

Real experience on production clusters

70+ projects including multiple real-scale Kubernetes deployments and management engagements.

Cloud-agnostic GKE, self-hosted, or any mix — no lock-in to a single provider.

Full documentation Every change is documented — your cluster is never a black box.

Real 24/7 on-call Not just monitoring — genuine under-15-minute response.

Cost optimization Right-sizing resources so you're not paying for cloud you don't need.

Full transparency Monthly reporting on status, costs and what's next.

Questions we hear a lot

Which infrastructure do you deploy Kubernetes on?

Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), dedicated on-prem servers, or any combination you prefer — the infrastructure choice is entirely yours.

Can you manage our existing cluster?

Yes — if you already have a Kubernetes cluster, we start with an audit and then take over management, no rebuild from scratch needed.

What's the difference between GKE Autopilot and your management?

GKE Autopilot automates part of the infrastructure, but application architecture, security, monitoring and cost optimization still need human expertise — that's exactly what we do.

Do you recommend Kubernetes for small applications too?

Not always — part of our job is honestly telling you whether you actually need Kubernetes or a simpler option (like Docker Swarm or a PaaS) is enough.

How long until we have a production-ready cluster?

Depending on complexity, usually 2 to 4 weeks, including design, testing and full documentation.

Can we migrate between providers later?

Yes — because we build standardized, documented architecture, migrating between clouds or to dedicated servers always stays an option.
